Scott Harkey

Scott Harkey is an entrepreneur and recognized leader in the marketing and advertising industry with more than 20 years of experience across both the agency and media sides of the business. Throughout his career, Scott has partnered with brands to deliver innovative strategies and impactful campaigns designed to stand out in the real world.
Scott previously founded and led Harkey One, which was acquired by Clear Channel in 2018. After witnessing the growing shift of advertising dollars toward real-world media, he launched Harkey Media in 2023 to build a modern, independent out-of-home platform rooted in real estate control and long-term asset ownership. His vision for “Real World Media” focuses on enhancing the character of communities while creating meaningful moments where life happens.
Scott is the author of Marketing Strategies for Everyone and is a proud member of YPO. He is also a frequent national speaker, presenting for organizations including ANA, Media Post, Media Life Magazine, and Digital Marketer.

Stanley Cohen
CFO
CFO, Harkey Media
Stanley Cohen leads Harkey Media’s financial strategy, capital planning, and long-term growth initiatives. He oversees financial operations, capital markets relationships, and supports the company’s disciplined expansion of its Real World Media portfolio.
Stanley grew up in the New York City real estate industry and completed his first real estate transaction at just 16 years old. Through his family office, SL Holdings, he has owned, operated, and transacted on more than $100 million in real estate assets across multiple markets. His experience spans acquisitions, financing, restructurings, and strategic exits across both commercial and residential real estate.
Building on this foundation, Stanley expanded into the out-of-home media industry, applying a disciplined investment and operational approach to billboard development and operations. His focus is on structuring partnerships, optimizing asset value, and aligning the interests of investors, landlords, and operators.
Stanley earned his bachelor’s degree from the NYU SPS Schack Institute of Real Estate, graduating in just two years.

Matt Molina

Matt Molina is a seasoned out-of-home media executive with more than two decades of experience driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales organizations, and scaling media platforms across major U.S. markets. As President of Harkey Media, Matt leads the company’s strategic vision, focusing on disciplined real estate control, portfolio expansion, and building an independent, high-quality out-of-home media platform.
Prior to Harkey Media, Matt served as Vice President of Sales for the South Region at OUTFRONT Media, where he oversaw all local and national revenue across outdoor and transit inventory throughout the region. Before that, he led the Houston/San Antonio market as Sales Director, consistently delivering annual budget performance outside.
Earlier in his career, Matt served as Sales Director for OUTFRONT’s San Francisco Bay Area market, where he grew revenue from $41 million to over $79 million in four years and received the company’s prestigious OUTperform Award. His leadership experience spans multiple major markets including San Francisco, Houston, Phoenix, and Los Angeles, where he built and led large sales teams and drove consistent market growth.
Matt’s career began in media entrepreneurship as Publisher and COO of Latino Future Magazine, where he led market research, editorial direction, distribution, and revenue strategy. Under his leadership, the publication received the Stylos Award for Best Publication in Phoenix and he was honored with the Crown Royal Excellence Award and the University of Arizona Hispanic Alumni “Top Gato” Award.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, where he was a five-year full football scholarship athlete and two-year starting linebacker.

Todd Lowder serves as Executive Vice President of Sales, where he oversees regional and local sales operations and leads the continued evolution of the company’s go-to-market strategy. He is responsible for driving revenue performance, building high performing sales teams, and strengthening client partnerships across the Harkey Media portfolio.
Todd began his 24-year career in out-of-home advertising in 2002 at Viacom Outdoor, joining straight out of college as a Junior Sales Account Executive. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience across every facet of local, regional, and national sales, progressing to become a top-billing Senior Account Executive and ultimately leading the Southwest Non-Metro market.
After 21 years and multiple MVP awards across Viacom, CBS Outdoor, and OUTFRONT Media, Todd joined Harkey Media to help launch and scale the company’s sales platform. Over the past three years, he has played an integral role across all phases of the business, with a primary focus on accelerating revenue growth and building the foundation for long-term success.

Keith Stewart is an out-of-home industry veteran with over 20 years of experience across national sales, agency leadership, and client partnerships. At Harkey Media, he leads national sales initiatives, leveraging deep expertise and a passion for delivering high-impact OOH solutions.
Previously, Keith held senior national sales roles, building trusted relationships with leading brands, agencies, and partners across top U.S. markets including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, and San Francisco. He also spent more than a decade helping grow Generation Outdoor into a top-tier OOH agency and supporting its merger with Billups. Earlier in his career, he helped launch the NYC office of Outdoor Vision (now Dentsu/Posterscope).
Throughout his career, Keith has led OOH planning, buying, new business development, account management, and production services for high-profile clients.

Patrick Dooley

Patrick Dooley is Harkey Media’s Chicago-based VP of Sales with 25 years’ advertising expertise on the agency and sales side. He has driven revenue growth for Fortune 500 brands across CPG, retail, automotive, financial, and healthcare sectors while managing multi-million-dollar portfolios at OUTFRONT, Do It Outdoors, Monster XP and Intersection. Patrick specializes in programmatic DOOH, data-driven campaign optimization, audience analysis, experiential activations, and strategic partnerships. He holds a BBA in Marketing from Western Michigan University and holds multiple certifications from Trade Desk, Vistar, and HubSpot.

Sandra Herman

Sandra Herman brings extensive media experience across the San Francisco Bay Area, with a career focused on helping brands gain strategic clarity across integrated, multi-channel campaigns. After 11 years with Hispanic television leader Univision, Sandra joined Clear Channel Outdoor in San Francisco, where she saw firsthand the growing impact of out-of-home as television audiences fragmented. She spent six years at Clear Channel before helping launch Orange Barrel Media’s presence in the Bay Area.
Today, Sandra plays an integral role at Harkey Media, where she focuses on driving revenue growth and building strong client partnerships across the San Francisco market. Fluent in four languages, Sandra thrives in global and multicultural environments and believes communication is a powerful tool for connection, collaboration, and growth.
