About Scott Harkey
Scott has over 20 years of professional experience in the media business.
After attending college at Arizona State University, Scott began his career as a media sales representative working for several radio groups including CBS Radio and Emmis Communications. He also has significant experience in outdoor advertising. As an executive for a medium sized, local billboard company focused on the Hispanic market, he helped grow the company into a regional player in the Phoenix and Las Vegas markets within just a few years.
Scott’s experience on the “other side of the table” uniquely qualifies him to head the firm’s media buying services. Working with companies like Pepsi, Budweiser, Lowes, Chevrolet, T-Mobile, NFL, and other Fortune 500 companies, he understands that 75% to 85% of a client’s advertising budget is spent on media while only a small part is spent on creative. Scott’s market savvy and extensive industry knowledge of rates, inventory, seasonality and placement and how to utilize each provides clients with maximum value for their media dollars.
